Refund Policy
All sales at Chai’s Collection are considered final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may only be considered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the item ordered, and customers must contact the store within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed at the store’s discretion, and original shipping or delivery charges may be non-refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped; once an order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Exchanges are generally not accepted unless an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, and any approved exchange must meet the store’s return requirements. Chai’s Collection reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet these conditions, including items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval.
